Juliana Gusmáo begins her first season as an assistant coach at Texas A&M International University after wrapping up her playing career last season. Gusmáo achieved a solid senior season at TAMIU in 2006. Amongst the team leaders in kills, service aces and digs, she earned honorable mention All-Heartland Conference honors for the Dustdevils. Gusmáo earned All-Lone Star Conference honors at Texas A&M-Kingsville before transferring to TAMIU. A native of Rio de Janerio, Brazil, Gusmáo is scheduled to graduate with a bachelor's in business administration this December. |
