Nov. 6, 2009 Incarnate Word edged Texas A&M International University 2-0 in Heartland Conference action on Friday afternoon at Dustdevil Field. It was the regular season finale for both teams. Incarnate Word out-shot the Dustdevils 20-7, finishing with a 14-6 edge in shots on goal. Mary Jo Hall kept the Dustdevils in the game by making 12 saves but UIW got the win on a first half goal by Sarah Hernández and a second half score by Emily Hernández. |
