Texas A&M International snapped a three-game losing streak with a 3-0 road win over Heartland Conference opponent UT-Permian Basin on Thursday. All the scoring took place in the second half, with Jazmin Velez, Marlina Ponce de Leon and Stephanie Webb recording goals for the Dustdevils.

TAMIU (3-8 overall) now has a 1-5 record against Heartland competition this season. The Dustdevils return to action on Saturday against Heartland foe Dallas Baptist. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. at Dustdevil Field.
