Texas A&M International University women's basketball program has designated Saturday's home against Oklahoma Panhandle State as its official WBCA Pink Zone awareness event. Pink Zone is a Women's Basketball Coaches Association sponsored initiative to raise breast cancer awareness on the court, across campuses, in communities and beyond.

Fans are encouraged to wear pink and donations will be accepted to benefit the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund.

Tip-off against OPSU is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the Kinesiology and Convocation Building on campus. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students (K-12). Anyone with a TAMIU ID is granted free admission.
