Final Stats

Arkansas Tech defeated Texas A&M International University 91-42 on Saturday night at the Arkansas Tech Thanksgiving Classic. TAMIU defeated Ouachita Baptist on Friday night in the opening round of the classic.

Arkansas Tech (3-2) jumped out to a 34-8 lead in route to a 44-18 halftime lead. TAMIU would get no closer than 23 points in the second half.

Jasmine June led the Dustdevils with 10 points. Nicole Gipson finished with seven blocks and three rebounds.

TAMIU (2-2) returns to action on Tuesday night with a home game against Texas A&M-Kingsville. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Kinesiology and Convocation Building.
