Texas A&M International University junior midfielder Gregory Mulamba has been named Heartland Conference men's soccer Co-Offensive Player of the Week for games played Oct. 8-14. Mulamba scored TAMIU's lone goal in a 1-0 overtime win over Newman on Sunday. The game-winning score was on a blast from 35 yards out in the 107th minute. Mulamba ranks third on the squad this season with eight points (three goals and three assists). Earning Co-Offensive Player of the Week honors along with Mulamba is Incarnate Word's Dustin Lemley, who scored UIW's only goal in a 1-0 win over Midwestern State. |
