Texas A&M International University finished in sixth place in the team standings at the Senator Eddie Lucio Invitational, which was hosted by UT-Brownsville on Sunday and Monday at the South Padre Island Country Club.

TAMIU (329-347=676) finished 20 strokes behind fifth place UT-Brownsville. Rafael Reyes (78-85=163) led the squad with a 23rd place finish. T.J. López (82-86=168) and Mike Olivarez (83-85=168) tied for 26th place.
