Texas A&M International University's women's cross country team participated in the Ricardo Romo UTSA Classic on Saturday in San Antonio. Freshman Jennifer Méndez was the top finisher for the Dustdevils, placing 21st overall with a 23:28 effort for the 5K race.

Both cross country teams will participate in the Oklahoma State Jamboree next weekend in Stillwater, Okla.
