Both of Texas A&M International University's cross country teams placed 11th in the team standings at the Texas A&M Invitational on Saturday. The men's team had two runners finish in the upper half of the 8K race, with junior Eddie González placing 42nd (27:43) and freshman Gedyon Kiflezgi placing 51st (28:13).

TAMIU will take a week off before competing in the Oklahoma State Jamboree on Sept. 30 in Stillwater, Okla.
