Texas A&M International University's baseball and softball programs have teamed together to sponsor a benefit for Operation Homefront of Texas., a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting Texas Military families in times of dire financial crisis.

Donations of new dvds, including children's titles, and $10 Wal Mart gift cards will be accepted over the next five weeks to support Operation Homefront. Items will be accepted at the TAMIU Athletics Office (KCB 107) during normal business hours through May 8 and at the season finale series for both teams.

The softball home finale series is Apr. 24-25 against St. Edward's and baseball's home finale is against St. Mary's on May 8-9. Both will be played on campus.

All fans making a donation are eligible for valuable raffle prizes provided by Wal Mart Super Center located on Bob Bullock Loop.
